BUILD SPECIFICATIONS
Structure
  R. C. C. framed structure as per the designs of Architect and RCC consultant. Laterite masonry would be used for the external walls and burnt brick masonary for the internal walls
 
 
Roofing
  Roofing will be RCC slabs with waterproofing and Mangalore tiles.
 
Plaster & Paint
  All internal walls and ceilings to be plaster in Cement Mortar 1:4 with neeru finish and painted in plastic emulsion paint. All external surfaces will be plastered in two coats in Cement Mortar 1:4 and painted in two coats of antifungal paint.
 
Doors & Windows
  Main door will be teak wood with French polish and the hardware and accessories would be of brass. All other doors would be flush doors with veneer on both sides and melamine polished with brass fittings. Balcony doors would be in wood with glass panels. All windows shall be in aluminium sliding with powder coated and float glass fittings.
 
Flooring & Skirting
  The flooring shall be of superior quality vitrified ceramic tiles or equivalent and the dado would be in plain series of known brand.
 
Toilets
  The Toilets shall have European commode, shower rose, tap and a wash basin. EWC would be of Cera or equivalent make. All toilets shall have antiskid type floors tiles. Sanitary fixtures would be of Jaguar or equivalent make.
 
Kitchen
  Kitchen will be provided with a platform with black granite top finish of 3 m length with stainless steel sink with drain board and the wall backing the platform will be provided with a 60 cm. high tile dado.
 
Electrical
  All wiring shall be superior quality concealed type with wire and conduits and modular switches of approved make.
 
Plumbing & Drainage
  All internal plumbing would be in CPVC and all external plumbing would be in PVC. All sewage lines would be in SWR type of approved make. A common overhead tank and a sump shall also be provided.
